This is mostly a huge area of parkland and we walked about 3.15 miles
We stopped for some lunch.. soup and a scone!!
and then a wander around the house as it was open.. it's not open that often.
No pictures allowed as the contents are not owned by the National Trust. The Georgian house was built in 1756, and replaces the former Tudor house
It does, however, a house world class group musical instruments which are owned by the tenant, Alec Cobbe.
A pleasant day out which got warmer as the day went on.
