Worthing beach and Highdown hill

Had a few minutes in very strong wind along the beach before meeting my daughter for an afternoon cuppa

along the sea front, some mini gardens all related to recycling!!.

We had a cuppa.. and I indulged in a piece of chocolate fudge cake..

We then went for a walk up the hill at Highdown hill....

NO pics as such, didn't have the camera as it was an impromptu walk although (see below) - but saw a Red Kite soaring about using the wind.. great sight!! and the constant sound of bird song, and in particular, skylarks!!.
Just wonderful..

and that dot on the right hand side.. is a Red Kite.. taken with my phone!!
