Wisley Gardens - more like April than February

I met a friend today.. where to?  we wanted some exercise where it wasn't toooo muddy.. so we opted for Wisley Gardens.  After an 'interesting' drive to get there.. I arrived .. the skies were leaden and for the first part of the morning we walked with brollies up in rain!!

and eventually the clouds parted and we had blue sky and sunshine... for a while

The flowers on this plant are huge!!
