Woolbeding... a return visit..

We got back from Munich very late at  night and didn't want to brave the M25 on a Friday. It was dry when we got back but overnight.... major thunder storm.  Pete had seen lightening when we were flying back but, very very kindly, didn't draw my attention to it... thank Pete :D ..

So stayed local and went off to spend tine at Woolbeding Gardens.  They're only open two days a week and you have to book in advance; also have to take the mini-bus from a nearby town ... along country lanes to the gardens - which are lovely and so peaceful.

So got the bus back into the town and headed off home.  Temperatures soared and very hot and muggy.. a day not to be doing much. :)

What a wonderful place. I love those little "houses" don't know what else to call them. The one with the church like windows looks like it might be a place of prayer or contemplation. The flowers are superb.
