Petworth Park.. with many deer and a few goslings

Good day out with Sharon today .Parked at the North Car Park pf Petworth Park, and walked through the park to the house .  Had a wander around the village and then a longer wander back up the hills.  Many many fallow deer around but always a way away. 

These pictures leave a lot to be desired, technically and are definitely not that good.. the deer were in very deep shade but loved the view of them so ..

Petworth Park, House, Petworth Church and village

Bit on the cold side today and the promised sunny intervals remained shy.. so a rather dull light-less day. However, my daughter and I headed off for a walk.. around Petworth Park.  We also visited the Gallery and Chapel in the house as they were the only parts of the house that were open.  Then after a bite to eat we had a wander around Petworth village.
