Friday - part 2 - onto Hinton Ampner

After having spent the morning at Woolbeding and the lovely gardens, we headed off to Hinton Ampner - it being not that much further on.  I've been once sometime ago and well... we needed lunch.

Hinton Ampner is a nice garden.. and pleasant to stroll about.  There was a wedding taking place in the house so that was shut till mid afternoon.  The weather was great for someone's wedding day.

After a sandwich lunch ( very nice Cheese, Chutney and Tomato and Sausage and Mustard - shared :D) we headed off around the garden.

the Happy Couple... looking very happy...

We stopped for a cuppa and some cake (!!), Blackcurrent and Lemon Drizzle (very yummy) and Ginger and Cherry - a bit on the dry side)

Eventually headed off home but we had a 'church visit' which was on Pete's list.

Small and pretty, the Corhampton Parish Church..

.
And we then called it a day and headed off back home.

Glorious weather and some very pretty gardens....now home for food.....!
