Wandering London before a concert ...

A foggy day wandering London before a concert...

The weather was dull and foggy and pictures therefore not good... don't like days like this.. please could I have some sunshine.

We set off on the tube...

The Shard disappearing into the mist..

and the concert was:

Philippe Cassard, piano.  David Grimal, violin.  and Anne Gastinel, cello.

And they played

Beethoven's Piano Trio in D Op. 70 No. 1 "Ghost"

and

Franz Schubert's Piano Trio No. 2 in Bsharp, D898

A pleasant day out despite the weather

That scuplture is incredibly alarming, a lump of stone with eyes and teeth.
