It was threatening snow this morning... we set off for Coggleshall and I was treated brekkie at West Street Vineyard. Scrummy Smoked Salmon and Scrambled eggs on an English Muffin with a cuppa.... bliss!!
From there (Pete having added to his wine 'store') we headed off for Lavenham.
It started to snow, so ....a welcome cuppa and a fruit scone for 'sconch' (lunch) - very nice - a 4 out of 5 for this one
We drove off with an unscheduled but very pleasant stop at Baythorne Hall for some further supplies... we both made a purchase or two (and we're eagerly anticipating the opening of a cheese shop there too... not long to wait)...
And on to Finchingfield - en route the sun came out.. a different day all together!!
Great day out and thanks for brekkie, Pete.. :)
