Ludwig Loewe visits Nymans Gardens

Well my German visitor's holiday with us is coming to an end. After leaving Pete this morning with Ludwig saying farewell to his other friends, after dumping the weekend luggage, despite the rain today, we headed off to Nymans Gardens.

The giant leaves of the Gunnera provide a seat for Ludwig to view the surroundings.

 

There is a very large flock of sheep in the adjacent field... nice to see

By now it was raining very heavily, so we beat a retreat for lunch.... a very tasty fruit scone... probably the last one before Ludwig heads off during this week, to his next host!!

Great to get out for some fresh air despite the wet stuff!!
