My blog is mostly about wildlife, particularly birds, walking, days out, all growing things and anything else that comes to mind.

Borde Hill Gardens - first visit this year..

The weather was dire.. grey all day but at least it stayed dry.

Loads of Spring colour with Rhododendrons and Camelias... and Daffodils.. some blossom coming.. in the next few weeks there should be a riot of colour...

Last time this was still under construction to good to see it finished.. it looks really good

 Bergenia with Billie and Frank..

There is an Easter Egg trail for children and this hat was part of it..

I knew Ouse Valley Viaduct (which carries trains from London to Brighton) was nearby and as I'd never seen it, I drove a different way home.  The pictures don't do it justice

I'll be back a few times to Borde Hill Gardens, so next time hopefully, there will be blue skies and sunshine

Yes, we have had only sprinkles of rain today, but the day has been so battleship grey in colour that any flashes of brilliance were much appreciated. I've been comparing the different forms of blossom.
