Early morning serenade.

You could not be blamed for thinking you were in the Himalayas when you hear the sounds that serenade me every morning during late spring and summer.

I filmed this last month and all filming was completed by 6.40 a.m. at the latest. By which time things were beginning to quieten down!

Really enjoyable video! In my garden - on the other side of the world - it's the Rainbow Lorikeets that are the noisy ones. I must try to get a video of them and then post it. Thanks for the inspiration!

Oh wow Tricia, that's a wonderful piece of film, you are so lucky, I know you don't think so, but I love all sorts of parrots of course. It's almost enough to make me want to move to Surrey. ;o)
