Woke to glorious sunshine so hopped out of bed and wandered off for a walk around Pulborough.
The birdsong was wonderful but everything was in hiding.
Except for the Doves on the roof of the visitor centre
and dozens of rabbits. I only saw 1 other person whilst I was there and the car park on my arrival, was virtually empty... so I think the rabbits were still enjoying their freedom.
And from Pulborough, a drive to Sheffield Park in the ever-increasing warmth of the sun - lovely :)
Regretfully, this little one didn't make it... very sadly when I got back to this point later, it had died :(
Just about lunchtime I headed off.... thought I'd go via Nymans Gardens for a quick bite and a wander.
The light wasn't so good now - clouds had come over the the sun was in hiding... temperature had dropped a little too but I had a walk...
A small part of the wildflower meadow which is looking really good..
A good variation!
