Popped into Warnham LNR...for a few minutes

Just a quick visit for some fresh air more than anything else

About 5 Grey Herons of various ages were about.

A Cormorant out on the, now deserted, tern raft

The feeder area had most of the usual culprits.  A Coal Tit popped in but was camera shy.

A Nuthatch sped backwards and forwards... always in the shade.

The usual 6 Great Crested Grebes, 3 adults and 3 young.  The adults very clearly pushing the youngsters away.. I wonder how long it will be before they depart as well..

About 30 Canada Geese had dropped it with a few Greylags.

The Mallards were evident as usual.

Nice to have a stroll.....
