A bus ride to Fiesole...

We took a bus up to Fiesole today..... a village high up on a hill outside of Florence.

The sun came out... the temperature rose during the day to, about, I reckon 18 degrees C...

The views were stunning but the hazy light meant not many acceptable pictures..

Just a few as a taster..

everywhere we walked was ..... steep!!!!

And after a great morning.... a return to Florence for an excellent lunch and a stroll along the river !!!
