It's been a very grey day today... only now is there any suggestion of brightness... I wanted to see if there were any lambs born yet at West Dean where there are hundreds of sheep. Regrettably there weren't... there was one report of a single sheep but it wasn't visible today. But the sheep do cover a vast area.
However, it was very mild and nice just to have a wander. I didn't take too many pictures today and walked more through the fields towards the Arboretum than around the gardens. The water level was high and it was flowing fast... so good when this happens!!
Loads of daffodils and Helebores.. and flowers I didn't know the name of... lovely to have such colour on a dull day.
