I was with a good friend on Tuesday, and although we had varying weather, we went for a wander along the sea front at Bexhill-on-Sea. No Turnstones on this visit and the starlings were hardly in evidence.. Nonetheless, it was good to get out in the fresh air to blow the cobwebs away.
This is a sundial. We weren't alone in trying to understand how to read it :) But having researched it a bit, it seems it's more of a 'sculpture' than the real thing. If anyone knows differently, I'd be delighted to know more! (There's a comment facility at the end of this blog post )
And the sky was threatening as we headed back to the car. A lovely day out.. and thank you my friend! x
