M25, Hatfield Forest and a fox at Rye Meads..

I headed off up the M25 this morning; a wide-load carrying a boat had a puncture - this was 'parked' on the hard shoulder but a lane was closed off... hence half an hour added to the journey... lovely ;)

Was nice to arrive in the Forest where all was calm... had a Beef & Horseradish bap for lunch and then continued my walk.

 and then a very brief visit to Rye Meads.

before I got into the visitor centre, Alice the resident Vixen posed beautifully for some pictures

The day was mostly grey but spring colour added a brightness.
