WWT Arundel when the sun shone..

Had some shopping to do today, but didn't want to waste the all too rare sunshine.  Woke to a heavy frost but clear skies.  I headed off for WWT Arundel.  It was quiet in terms of birds but great to have a wander.

Before leaving the area I parked up and took some pics in the road that runs along the base of Arundel Castle (now shut for the winter)

and a view over the river Arun near where I'd parked the car.

A brief stop at home and then off for the shopping.  And, would you believe it, the clouds came over and it started raining - so glad I got out this morning!
