Off we went on the first train of the day - oh how lovely not having to don layers of clothing for a change.
Everywhere was green now..
First ladybirds of the season... Harlequins in abundance!
Round in one area, there's a lady who feeds the birds.. this is the second time we've seen her - she has bird food in her hand and the birds come to take the food - magic!!

I had expected to enjoy the Beethoven - which I did - but surprisingly I really enjoyed the Shostakovich - music which, when on the radio, doesn't normally grab my attention

Lots of superb images Tricia, I dont know where to start. The Mandarin ducks are amazing and those flower head shots a really lovely.
The birds are so colourful as are the flowers. Lovely shots.
