So with forward planning we caught the bus into St Peter Port and after an initial wander, we visited Castle Cornet.. somewhere we'd not visited on our previous visit.
It's a mixture of various indoor exhibits and a wander outside between those...

So our visit over, we'd arranged to meet one of the representatives of the Channel Islands Air Rescue...
There is Ted in the middle... the mascot of Channel Islands Air Search.. a very worthy charity who do a tremendous job - certainly worthy of support !!
After this we headed back towards the hotel and a local church St Martins..... with a Gran'mere
On the opposite side of the road!
It may have been a bad day weatherwise.. poured with rain for most of it.. but nonetheless, a very enjoyable one...
