Great Spotted Woodpeckers at Warnham LNR

A very brief visit to Warnham today en route to shopping - was the afternoon but the lack of light was more like dusk.... oh please can we all have some sunshine!!..

Lots of small birds around the feeders and a visit from a

Male Great Spotted Woodpecker

and a Blue Tit... 'Little and Large'

and a Female Great Spot was busy ;drilling' a hole.... must be the continuing mild weather that's triggered this perhaps?..
