Wet, wet, wet.. so I stayed at home...

I went to Arundel WWT - the heavens opened en route. I waited in the car park for a bit... then came home.

Later on during the day the rain stopped and the sun came out.  This lasted for about 29 minutes

House Sparrows and Blue Tits visit the feeders
(which I filled up the minute the rain stopped)

Around the village - several starlings

and in someone's front garden... some very cheery Sunflowers which brightened up my day!!

and then the black clouds gathered and I got home just before the deluge!!
