and in the afternoon... the Gibberd Garden

After we got back from the Wigmore Hall, Atos Trio concert, (see yesterday's blog) and as the day was glorious, we had a visit to Gibberd Gardens.... during which time the sun disappeared.

The Gibberd Garden is definitely my favourite 'small' garden... I thoroughly enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness and the 'surprise' around each corner.....

However, it was a very pleasant stroll and everywhere looked so lush..

We stopped for a much needed cuppa before heading off home...
