Huge amount of Wigeon - quite far out though
Only noticiced with Speckled wood at the last minute.. well hidden by the leaf!
A lot of work is being done near one of the hides.. digging a new wet area and raising the pathway for when it floods!
I was about 3/4 of the way around when I noticed the sky... hmmm decided to head back and was glad I did!!
So onto Widewater lagoon... at east 5 Little Egrets but not much else other than gulls...
and a family of 2 adults and 1 young Mute Swan..
and then off to look after Mum for a bit before heading home.... and now... brilliant sunshine!
