A slight rise in temperature

Today was a little warmer and midday saw the sun come out, albeit a hazy one. I had a wander around the River Thames at Hampton Court and also a very quick visit into Bushey Park. The Boating lake is still frozen over so not huge amounts of birds about.

Needless to say, the Black-headed Gulls were prolific in number.

Just a few pics:
Hampton Court Bridge from the river side

A "badge" on the bridge

Black-headed gulls using the lamp-posts as a perch

and this one is ensuring it's has a warm roost for the night

Black-headed gull - again!

Jackdaw

Canada Goose

A great set of photos, Tricia.
I felt quite warm up here in Yorks, also. Very spring like.

Sheila - thank you very much

Dean - thanks; and yes, it was great not to have to wear so many layers today - really was a "spring" in my step!

OC thank you too. - I just wish you could have seen the sunset for "real" - it was such a wonderful ball of colour!
