A day in Vicenza - just a hint of more to come

Last night's dinner was at a lovely restaurant, but unfortunately I chose the wrong main course... it could have been better.

Today we caught a train again and headed off to Vicenza and some magnificent buildings of Andrea Palladio.  Blue skies again and sunshine.. but a tad cooler than yesterday.

The main attraction for me was the Teatro Olimpico, famous for Palladio's architecture - which was amazing
