The attraction? We'd heard that Rob from NT Dunwich Heath had a recipe out for a Chocolate Scone and Felbrigg was one of the NT properties cooking
We were met by.....
We headed for the cafe as a first stop.. a cuppa and the most amazing Chocolate scone which had just come out of the oven.. and we waiting a couple of minutes and there is was.. it was sensual and sensational!! W3ll done Rob for the receipe and the cook at Felbrigg for some pretty impressive baking!
After walk around the parkland and a tour around the house, we worked up an appetite for lunch. A very nice Vegetable & Bean soup with a very very good fruity scone to follow... :D
A wander around the Walled Garden.. which was really great... the gardeners have been working hard..
I've fallen in love with Felbrigg.... what a wonderful visit despite the grey skies and biting cold wind.
I shall return :D
